As lockdown continues, and we face another few months of life without access to our traditional gym settings, I have been inundated with questions regarding training strategies that can be implemented at home.
In this edition of the HealthHubble Podcast we introduce Olivia Palmer who is an Accredited Nutritionist and Psychologist who both owns her own practice The Nutrition Activist whilst also working for Second Nature who are endorsed by the NHS. Second Nature were the first online habit changing programme commissioned by the NHS, that focuses on developing healthier eating habits in a 12-week period.
Olivia is also the founder of Hungry Minds, a charity working directly in local communities rising funds to enable local businesses provide healthy meals to children and families and is adding a new dimension to the already established food aid network.
