Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis is a complementary therapy that uses the power of suggestion to foster positive changes.  It can be used to positively change habits such as smoking, stress-related issues such as fears or phobias or even conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome.

There are different types of hypnotherapy which therapists can use to help address a wide range of issues from Cognitive Hypnotherapy to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
