Art Therapy

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy which uses a blend of art and creative mediums as a primary source of expression and communication.

Art Therapists work with a range of clients of all ages from children, young people, adults and the elderly.  Working with a wide demographic of clients with varying needs from mental health, emotional or behavioural issues to physical illnesses or neurological conditions creative therapy can be used to positively address emotional issues which may be confusing or distressing.

Art therapy can be via group or individual sessions depending on each client’s unique needs.
