Psychology for Adults

Adult psychologists work with a wide range of clients and help them understand problems as well as finding ways to both manage and overcome them.

In understanding present problems, it is helpful to explore how these started and there are various approaches that psychologists can use to work with the individual needs of each client; for example, using CBT or psychodynamic therapy.

Working with a professional psychologist can help develop ways to break habits, adopt coping strategies and help process reactions to difficult situations such as bereavement.
