day 2 lateral flow test
Kit came within 24hrs as promised. HOWEVER the seal had been broken and a vital part missing, no details with it of what to do with result. Reported incomplete kit and had to chase every 24hrs until eventually they said they would refund within 7-10 working days. Totally unacceptable for such a short time window to get test done.
