STRETCH

Stretch your body & broaden your mind.

Exercise’s such as Yoga & Pilates are both celebrated for their numerous health benefits, from offering connection to the body and stress relief, to developing flexibility, strength, control and endurance. There are many interpretations of both disciplines and we celebrate many of them at Balance.

GENTLE

If you are looking for a low impact more gentle return to fitness you might like to try our Virtual Gentle Fitness class. A low impact class helping you to regain your fitness at your own pace. It is designed to help those who are recovering from injury or who have not done much exercise and want to start to get fitter and stronger.

TEEN

If you would like to help your teen or any child from the age of 12 upwards receive some of their daily stress how about yoga? Our Teen Yoga classes are specifically tailored to suit and meet the needs of teenagers. Helping to increase flexibility and strengthen the body. The classes will also promote self-confidence and teens will leave feeling empowered & free of some of the stresses of daily life!

BELLS

Try something new this year!

Kettlebells is an aerobic, muscle toning class which focuses on core strength. It is a low weight high rep class which will fatigue the muscles but will not be too heavy for any level.

When you build muscle in the correct way you will not bulk up but will instead be toned & sculpted & be protecting your bones, greatly helping to decrease the risk of diseases such as osteoporosis!

KIDS

NEW KIDS HIIT CLASSES.

Our 30-minute HIIT classes specifically designed for Kids are a energetic after school blast to allow your kids to burn off some energy & have some fun at the end of a day of home schooling.

We have two classes on a Tuesday & Thursday at 4-4:30pm. The Tuesday class is tailored for kids aged 5-11 and the Thursday class aged 11+.

Wonderful vibe, care & guidance
I have been a member at this gym for over a year and its become part of my everyday life. Its a really positive and fun place to be with excellent fitness tuition from kettlebells, circuits, dance-fit, pilates, 1:2:1 PT, many types of yoga plus more. Great care is taken in every class regarding your health, with guidance and adapted moves for those with injuries or long term illnesses. I have attended many fitness centers/gyms over the years and nothing comes close to the community at Balance. Lucy

Just brilliant!
I started taking Pilates classes with Balance over the winter when I realised I was sitting at a computer too long each day. Not only are the classes and my instructor Jess fantastic but the whole ethos, ambience and culture of Balance is just so refreshing and spot on. So different from all the run of the mill gyms. The studios are beautiful and well-equipped, the staff are friendly and inspiring and they actually make working out something I look forward to. Couldn't fault them.
