Pathetic customer service
Appalling customer service, our test kit got lost apparently and after repeated emails, no response. Rang number, told sorry must be Royal Mail. Ok, it's understandable that not much can be done by them if lost in post, but least you can do is reply and not leave customers hanging in the air till 24 hours before flight. Don't buy their kits, once they have your money, you're not their problem if you need support. Office only gave basic info and didn't even check if lab had the kit when we first rang to chase up.
