Psychology involves the scientific study of the mind and how it can influence behaviour, communication, memory and emotion.

Psychologists can help with a wide range of problems from coping with bereavement, to dealing with trauma, stress or anxiety to other areas such as assisting with brain injury recovery.

There are a number of different divisions of psychology such as clinical, social and educational, with a common goal aimed at supporting clients and enhancing the promotion of psychological well-being.
