Psychologists for Children and Adolescents in West Midlands

Child and adolescent Psychologists work with a wide range of clients and their families with many mental health and behavioural problems such as anxiety, depression and phobias to help with dealing with trauma or aggression.

Sessions may be carried out individually was well as with parents or other family members and involve observing and evaluating behaviour through play, activities or supportive conversations, especially with teenagers.

This type of therapy along with cognitive testing can help explain feelings, determine specific routes to a problem as well as offer a basis for support and both long- and short-term treatment plans.
