Psychotherapy in Wales

Psychotherapy is used to treat a range of emotional challenges and some mental health conditions such as depression.

Psychotherapy can help you talk about feelings you have either about yourself or others close to you such as your family or spouse and help you gain a clearer understanding of issues that are concerning you.

Working with a trained therapist can involve individual sessions, group work or with your support network and can cover a range of types of therapy from traditional talking therapy to art, music or movement.  Sessions are usually held weekly and can span from a couple of months to sometimes years.
