Shout is a 24/7 UK crisis text service available for times when people feel they need immediate support. By texting ‘SHOUT’ to ‘85258’ a Texter will be put in touch with a trained Crisis Volunteer who can help.

We provide counselling, psychotherapy, consultation and supervision informed by psychoanalytic thinking to children, young people, families and adults. We are commissioned or contracted to do this or you can self refer to our fee paying services.

Kooth is a transformational digital mental health support service. It gives children and young people easy access to an online community of peers and a team of experienced counsellors. Access is free of the typical barriers to support.
