Listings in Group Therapy

Group therapy can benefit a number of individuals who share common problems and allow them through mutual support and that of a professional therapist to gain confidence and resilience to certain situations or frustrations in life.

Group therapy uses psychoanalytic psychotherapy and allows groups up to eight people to share experiences.  It is suitable for adults of all ages experiencing psychological distress and can help with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and relationship issues.

Looking at how past events can be relevant to present situations; a professional therapist can work proactively with a group over a course of sessions which normally take place on a weekly basis.  Group therapy can be effective in the treatment of both mild and complex mental health problems.
