ANDYSMANCLUB is a group where men aged 18 and above can speak openly about their mental health in a judgment-free, non-clinical environment. Groups are volunteer-led and it's services used on a weekly basis by over 1,000 men.

We fund over £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them. Heart diseases. Stroke. Vascular dementia. Diabetes. They're all connected, and they're all under our microscope.

Anonymous and non-clinical safe spaces for men to talk, listen and connect on a regular basis across the UK. Offering free one hour sessions once a week where men get together to talk honestly in a confidential space without risk of judgment.

We provide counselling, psychotherapy, consultation and supervision informed by psychoanalytic thinking to children, young people, families and adults. We are commissioned or contracted to do this or you can self refer to our fee paying services.
